About Colette
Restaurant Colette is a French fine dining restaurant located at Krížna 8, in the heart of Bratislava's Old Town. Founded by Michaela Budáčová and Anthony Point, Colette is led by French-born Executive Chef Maxence Rouillon and Burgundy-trained Chef Sommelier Antoine "Corto" Guichard.
Our signature experience is the Carte Blanche — a seasonal tasting menu that changes daily, offering 3, 5, or 7 courses of creative French cuisine paired with exceptional wines.
