Corto comes from Dijon, the cradle of Burgundy wines. He studied sommelier in France and worked for many years in Parisian wine shops. He brought to Bratislava not only knowledge, but also the conviction that wine deserves the same attention as cuisine.
That's why he selects all the wines in Colette himself. And not only that - we import the wines directly from France, without intermediaries, without compromise. This ensures originality, freshness and complete transparency of their provenance.

Where do your wines come from?
We import all our wines directly from France. We work exclusively with winemakers who grow grapes without chemicals and with respect for the soil.
Can I have wine by the glass?
Yes. We offer 6-8 wines by the glass daily. The selection varies according to the season and the inspiration of our sommelier.
Is wine part of the menu?
Not automatically. No Corto will be happy to recommend a wine to go with any course on our current menu.
Do you also sell wine as a gift?
